Log in to the DRE portal
Step 1. Go to the DRE portal.
Step 2. Click on Login in the top-right corner.
Step 3. If you are connected to the Radboud network, you are logged in automatically. Otherwise, determine which of the screens below you receive, and follow the corresponding instructions.
If you are a RadboudUMC user, your DRE password is just your RadboudUMC password. Other users have already set their password during the creation of their Microsoft account.
Step 4. Click on the account with which you signed up to DRE.
Step 5. If prompted, fill in your password and click on Log in.
Step 6. Perform the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). If you set up 2FA with the Microsoft Authenticator app, you must open your phone and press approve in the notification. Alternatively, you might receive a code from Microsoft through SMS. Type the code in the field on the webpage.
Step 4. Fill in your e-mail address, and click on Next.
Step 5. Fill in your password, and click on Log in.
Step 6. Perform the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). If you set up 2FA with the Microsoft Authenticator app, you must open your phone and press approve in the notification. Alternatively, you might receive a code from Microsoft through SMS. Type the code in the field on the webpage.
(only for RadboudUMC users)
Step 4. Fill in your RadboudUMC z-number and password, click on Log in.
Step 5. If asked, Perform the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). If you set up 2FA with the Microsoft Authenticator app, you must open your phone and press approve in the notification. Alternatively, you might receive a code from Microsoft through SMS. Type the code in the field on the webpage.
You are now logged in. You should see an overview of all the workspaces you are a member of. All workspaces are hidden to those who are not a member of the workspace, even if they also use the DRE platform.
Now, you can start learning the workflow of accessing your workspace, uploading your data and accessing a Virtual Machine within your workspace.
